The practice cake for my husband's neurosurgery (brain surgery) club at the medical school.
It was my first try at working with fondant! (pain in the butt stuff)
It's a chocolate cake mix, a layer of white can icing, homemade marshmellow fondant, and red gel icing...plus my mother-in-law's knife for effect and to cut the cake.
